Any excuse to celebrate is a good excuse in our book. At the end of the day, it is experiences and memories what we all cherish the most.

Maybe you know exactly what you need, maybe you don’t. It’s OK! We are here to help, the first consultation is complimentary. We can fully design, style, and plan your event from beginning to end or you may need help with only certain aspects of your event. We are flexible to your needs.

Gather all your ideas, edit them, and bring cohesiveness to it all.
Help you source décor.
Design all of your event or only some elements (i.e. tabletops, escort table, lighting).
Be a source for etiquette advice.
Research and help you choose your stationery.
Assist with the guest list and manage RSVP’s.
Recommend or select some vendors.
Remind you of important vendor dates (attrition, cancellation, payment, etc.).
Review your contracts.
Go with you to a tasting. We can sacrifice! 🙂
Assist with selecting favors and/or gifts.
Set up and/or monitor room blocks for your out-of-town guests.
Assist with guest list, seating, and floor plan.
Assist with the logistics of moving guests from the ceremony to the reception area.
Help with the day of the event styling.
Prepare your day-of-schedule.
Take your gown to be cleaned and preserved.
Provide guidance with writing your Thank You notes.
These are just some of the things that we can do for you. We don’t offer cookie-cutter packages because all of our clients are different and have different budgets and needs. You tell us what you need and we will construct a quote just for you!
Now, we’ll tell you what we won’t do for you. We won’t come in the day of the event to lead without having several planning meetings with you, reviewing all vendor contracts, doing a site inspection, contacting and confirming vendors, creating a day-of-event accessories checklist, a production schedule and a timeline, and having a final walk-through with applicable vendors. Trying to run an event without any preparation is just not possible. A professional event planner that cares about your event and their reputation will not do that. Do not settle for less!
